Metrology Lab Certification
A well-executed metrology laboratory certification program is essential for proper maintenance, operation, and regulatory compliance. Precision Environment’s Metrology Laboratory Certification Process begins with start-up and commissioning of the laboratory environment, utilizing proprietary standard operating procedures and detailed inspection reports.
Detailed start-up reports document the actual capacities and current draws for mechanical, electrical, and control system functionality to design. Once Precision Environments is satisfied that the installation is completed per design and operating to specifications, third-party certification is conducted according to ISO14644-1 and IEST-RP-CC006-2.
Precision Environments also offers metrology laboratory recertification services. Lab Recertification tests are compared to the baseline tests to determine compliance affecting the metrology conducted in the lab. Precision Environments recommends yearly recertification tests.
