What is an Enhanced Turnover Package (ETOP)?
An Enhanced Turnover Package (ETOP) is a comprehensive document that is assembled, reviewed, and provided to clients in industries such as life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology at the end of a construction or facility modification project. The ETOP typically includes key cleanroom project documentation, such as design drawings, specifications, equipment manuals, quality assurance documentation, test report documents, and more to ensure a smooth transition from the project construction team to the facility’s operations and maintenance staff. This document provides a vehicle for the client to comply with regulatory requirements, maintain the asset lifecycle, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of the facility and equipment throughout its useful life.
